		<content type="html">I agree completely, I have several employees who have struggled with the concept and implementation of CRM. A program that really helped me is GreenRope; have you heard of it? It makes every aspect of managing CRM so simple and easy but is still extremely effective. I would definitely try it out if you want to incorporate CRM into your business in an efficient way.</content>
